At the moment, our TAT for the multimedia content packages (articles, video trailers, social media visuals and email series) is 5 days per 60-minute podcast episode.
For Show notes and Transcriptions packages, our TAT is 48 hours per episode.
However, we are continually improving with the goal of bringing our TATs to just under one day.
We need a link to your podcast episode where we can download it to work on it. You can share a link from your cloud account on Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. or send us the file using applications like WeTransfer.
We would love to get in sync with your style guide in order to stay in line with your company’s branding. We will request for the style guide when you first sign up. In case it evolves in future, always feel free to share the updated guide.
We are working to launch the publishing service as an extra option soon. For now, we only submit to you all the repurposed content. However, watch out for future updates.
